SHIPPING

We aim to ship your orders by the next working day following your purchase. We are not able to ship anything at the weekend as there are no services available up on the Alpe. Goods will be packed inside a reinforced A3 size plastic envelope.

Occasionally we might contact you prior to shipping if, for example, we are missing an item in your order or if we want to confirm sizing before shipping. Please check your junk email boxes if you have not heard anything within 24 hours - at the minimum you should receive the automated ‘Order Shipped’ confirmation as soon as we mark your order to completed.

Goods are shipped using the France Post Colissimo service and we will provide you with tracking number to follow the progress of the order.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

• FRANCE - 2-3 business days.

• EU mainland - 3-6 business days.

• UK and Switzerland - 5 to 10 working days.

• USA, Australia - 3 -4 weeks.

• Rest of world - 3-4 weeks.

We have a flat rate of 8 Euros for all orders within Europe, and 14 Euros to the rest of the world.

RETURNS

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, providing it is unused and with its original packaging, for a full refund including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the items are borne by the customer. Please notify us before sending any return and ideally provide a tracking number. We will refund the product as soon as receive it back. Further to this, you may return any item between 14 - 30 days of purchasing providing it is unused and with its original packaging for a refund of the product but excluding the original shipping costs.

We will replace any faulty clothing items if notified with photographs within 2 months of purchase.

Size-exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Additional shipping costs will apply, equivalent to the standard shipping charges.
