I just wanted to let you guys know that the service that you guys provided was top notch. From the first email that I sent you inquiring about a bike rental, you guys were efficient and answered all questions that I had. It almost seemed too easy at times. Over this past summer, I had rented from several places, your shop was by far the best. Also, your shop provided a homely, family atmosphere that made a trip halfway around the world seem just like going to my local bike shop here in the states. Of course, you are a local, family owned shop with the greatest location possible for bike fans from around the world. You didn’t make the climb up the mountain easy, but certainly easier. ”

Have just arrived back in Oz after 4 weeks travelling and now regard the 10th September,2014 as one of the most memorable days of my 64 years - the day I rode up the Alpe d’Huez! Still can hardly believe it.
